SYNOPSIS AKEELAH AND THE BEE

One day there was a young girl, her name was Akeelah Anderson. She lives in South Los Angeles. She is elevent years old and her father was death. She study at Crenshaw High School. She is comfortabless with her environment school. She has a best friend, her name was Georgia. Despite the objection of her mother Tanya, Akeelah enters various spelling contest. For which she is tutored by Dr. Larabee, her principal Mr. Welch, her family, and her neighborhood. In race spelling bee, she met a boy, his name was Javier Mendez. He was a 12 years old. He invited Akeelah to join the spelling club at his Woodland Hills Middle School. At Woodland Hills, Akeelah met Dylan, who had won second place at the past two national spelling bees. Javier invited Akeelah to came and join his birthday party. At the party, she met Dylan again and play scrabble with him. During the state bee, Tanya comes inside and interrupts Akeelah before she can spell her word. Then, Tanya had discussion with Dr. Larabee about Akeelah spelling bee contest. In the room, Javier protected Akeelah from disqualification by stalling until she can return. Dylan, Javier, and Akeelah advace to the Scripps National Spelling Bee. As Chrismas day, Akeelah went out to bought Dr. Larabee a present. But, when she met him, he gave 5000 flashcards to study. And then, Tanya told her if she had 50.000 coaches. Its make a motivation for Akeelah. So she study together with her neighbourhood , her fiends, and her family. At national spelling bee, after all the other competitors are eliminated, only Dylan and Akeelah remain. The two finalists had a break, Akeelah hear Dylan’s father told Dylan must won. Akeelah attempts to intentional lose by deliberately misspelling “xanthosis”. Dylan knew that Akeelah know this word, intentionally misspells it as well. Dylan tells Akeelah that he wants a fair competation, rejected Dylan’s father obsession to win. So they work hard to win the competition. But they can spelled the words easily. Finally they can won the competition together.
